Introduction to the Ntity token

Why an Ntity blockchain?

The high cost and slowness of transactions on Ethereum and Bitcoin led us to create our own blockchain for the operations that require high availability. Our blockchain is based on the Ethereum open source code, which is maintained by the largest community and makes it very robust.

We nevertheless remain blockchain agnostic: the results of the operations are always linked to major blockchains such as Ethereum and Bitcoin.

What is the Ntity token?

Ntity is a fungible utility token. Its main objective is not to generate expectations of economic benefits, but to offer a specific, value-added utility on the applications related to the Ntity protocol.

The token is called Ntity and its acronym is NTT.

Why should I buy Ntity tokens?

Ntity allows me to certify, simply, everything on every blockchain.

The symbol of Ntity is the Unicode right-facing eternity sign (more info on Wikipedia).

What is Ntity's consensus protocol?

Proof-of-Authority (PoA) is a consensus method that gives a small, designated number of actors the power to validate transactions or interactions with the network, and to update its distributed register.

The number of nodes can be extended, but at most 33% of additional anonymous nodes are allowed.

Token valuation and distribution

• The maximum supply is 999'999'977 ֍. Why such a strange number? Why not — don't look for any explanation, it's the mixed will of the two founders.
• The number of tokens issued is deflationary, on the Bitcoin model: a maximum number of tokens will be issued, and not one more.
• Every 3'110'400 blocks, about 360 days, the token reward is divided by 1.0909090909. At the beginning, ~1 hour = 384 ֍. See block validation.

   The first Ntity certificate is issued on the Bitcoin blockchain
   The very first certificate was issued for the MasterBlock Limited Edition mechanical watch, a tribute to Satoshi Nakamoto, and one of the very first material illustrations of what we call today an "NFT". See the certificate.

   Genesis block
   Ntity blockchain is officially born
   The genesis block (block 0) was validated and the history of the Ntity blockchain began.

   The interface
   After several years of research and development, the Ntity certificate administration interface was born.

   Use cases
   Corporate interface
   The ntity.io interface hits another level, with specific management for companies deploying several thousand certificates. Domains such as raw material production, jewelry, watches and movements are now supported, and several customers have adopted Ntity certification.

   The app
   The Ntity application is a central element for verifying certificates, and also for using the Ntity wallet. It is available on Android and iPhone.

   Ntity finally has its own multi-blockchain explorer, explorer.ntity.io.

As Ntity is an Ethereum clone (EVM), most Ethereum compatible wallets are compatible with the Ntity token.

What is Haradev?

Haradev is the testnet blockchain of Ntity, a clone of Ntity using exactly the same properties. It allows to simulate transactions without using real NTT. Beware: as on all testnets, the token has no value.
